Following the 'Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China', once the paper is hired, from the date of the signing of this Authorization for Transfer of Paper Copyright, all the above authors agree to transfer all the property rights (including but not limited to publishing rights in all kinds of media and language, such as bilingual publishing rights cooperating with CNKI, etc.), compilation rights (part or all of the article), distribution rights and electronic reproduction rights, translation rights, communication rights in the information network, and so on to Chinese Journal of Underground Space and Engineering free of charge throughout the world during the validity period.

1. At the time of signing this Authorization for Transfer of Paper Copyright, all authors should make the following warranties and take full responsibility for this article:

(1) The above-mentioned paper is the original research results obtained independently by the authors. The content of the paper has not been submitted to other publications and does not involve state confidentiality and other infringements related to intellectual property rights;

(2) The above-mentioned paper has not been published in any form in any language worldwide;

(3) The above-mentioned paper does not infringe any third party's copyright or other rights.

2. Meanwhile, the authors should also promise the following content:

(1) Doesn't consider publishing the paper in any form elsewhere in the future;

(2) The signatory authors guarantee that one has the whole right to sign this authorization and make a commitment;

(3) There is evidence to prove that the unsigned author authorized the signing author to sign this Authorization for Transfer of Paper Copyright on his behalf. This authorization is binding on all authors;

(4) The author's name and affiliation of this paper should not be changed at any time.
