地下空间安全问题及管理对策探讨
Discussion on safe problems of underground space and appropriate managing measures
随着我国地下空间开发利用的快速发展，地下空间的安全问题已占据越来越中重要的地位。文章首先提出了地下空间在安全问题方面的一般特征，然后分析了各种地下设施的安全问题，按灾害成因列举国内外相应的实例，并总结了期安全问题的特点，提出了相应的防灾减灾管理对策。最后，在整体层面上，针对地下空间安全问题提出了八条管理对策。
With the fast development of exploitation and utilization of underground space , the safety problems become more and more important . This paper introduced common characters about safety problems of underground space firstly , and then analyzed safety problems of different kinds of underground estalishment , enumerated several corresponding examples about the cause of disaster mitigation . Lastly , as a whole , this paper brings forward eight managing measures aiming at safety problems of underground space.
