With the development of the urban core area tends to saturation, and have to face traffic congestion and other difficulties, downward development,the construction of underground transportation hubs, and the development and utilization of urban cities is must be made. Dongfeng square area is the central urban district in Kunming, underground development of this area is contribute to improve environmental quality,mould new look, exten space, enrich pubilc lives of the central urban district. To combine with the plan and construction of rail transist hubs in Dongfeng square area, to plan and reserve connectivity condition with circumjacent urban complex and underground space in advance, so as to realize interconnection of underground space and convenient contact of ground space in wide range, and in order to explore the feasible way of the development and utilization of the urban underground space by the dual driven of the central business district and transit oriented development.
