Abstract

Beijing's sub-center plans to build an infrastructure ring, which has the characteristics of multiple functions, high cost and wide land occupation. With the development of surrounding projects, it is very important to reserve long-term construction conditions for infrastructure ring. In order to meet the space requirements of the infrastructure ring in the long-term implementation phase, it is necessary to carry out multi factor cross analysis in combination with the nature of land use and construction conditions in relevant areas. Then delimit the primary control area and the secondary control area, clarify the implementation boundary between urban construction projects and infrastructure ring, and explore a replicable method for delineating control zones for large-scale municipal transportation infrastructure, which can reduce land area and improve service levels of such municipal transportation infrastructure.
