摘要

为有效提升公路用预制装配式箱涵在施工期及服役期的力学性能和抗破损能力,本文提出了一种新型公路用钢筋混凝土结构装配式双齿形上下拼装盖板涵洞。根据实际工程参数和材料性质,利用有限元仿真软件进行模拟,得到不同填土高度下盖板涵顶板距最左侧1.5 m中央位置及侧墙高1.5 m中央处变形较大,顶板板齿与侧墙接缝处应力集中现象明显。根据涵体受力及变形特点设计了不同墙身截面形式及连接方式的盖板箱涵形式并进行模拟对比,得出上窄下宽的梯形侧墙截面形式及0.3 m宽板齿结构更有利于侧墙受力。最后优选出一种侧墙截面为梯形,板齿宽度为0.1 m,施工方式为交错盖板的预制装配式双齿盖板涵。经过优化之后,变形及应力值显著减小,满足承载能力要求,具有良好的抗压抗剪力学性能及抗变形能力,在考虑经济和预制合理性的前提下,可为同类型工程提供参考。

Abstract

In order to effectively improve the mechanical performance and damage resistance of prefabricated prefabricated box culverts for highways during construction and service periods, this paper proposes a new type of reinforced concrete structure prefabricated double toothed upper and lower assembly cover plate culvert for highways. Based on actual engineering parameters and material properties, finite element simulation software was used to simulate, and it was found that under different filling heights, the deformation of the top plate of the cover culvert was significant at a distance of 1.5 m from the leftmost center and 1.5 m from the side wall height center. The stress concentration phenomenon at the joint between the top plate teeth and the side wall was obvious. Based on the stress and deformation characteristics of the culvert body, different cross-sectional forms and connection methods of the cover box culvert body were designed and simulated for comparison. It was found that the trapezoidal side wall cross-sectional form with narrow upper and wide lower width and the 0.3 m wide plate tooth structure were more conducive to the stress of the side wall. Finally, a prefabricated double toothed slab culvert with trapezoidal side wall section, 0.1 m slab tooth width, and staggered slab construction method was selected. After optimization, the deformation and stress values are significantly reduced, meeting the requirements of bearing capacity. It has good compressive and shear mechanical properties and deformation resistance. Considering the economic and prefabrication rationality, it can provide reference for practical engineering of similar prefabricated box culverts.
