盾构隧洞预应力双层衬砌结构(管片外衬—预应力混凝土内衬)因其抗渗性好、稳定性强,被愈加广泛地应用于输水隧洞工程中。在输水隧洞高内水压环境下,预应力内衬的合理预应力范围是工程经济性与安全性的关键。基于此,依托珠三角水资源配置工程,建立输水盾构隧洞预应力双层衬砌ABAQUS三维有限元模型,分析了不同预应力条件下双层衬砌结构力学特性的变化规律,得到了高内水压作用下预应力内衬的合理预应力范围。结果表明:预应力内衬受预应力的影响,变形大于管片外衬,使得内外衬砌接触面上半圆180°范围内与拱底行车道位置处于张开状态;运行期,双层衬砌接触面在内水压作用下完全闭合;在68%设计预应力下,预应力内衬锚具槽位置发生塑性形变,盾构输水隧洞预应力内衬张拉预应力的合理取值范围为68%~138%的设计预应力,结果可为盾构隧洞预应力双层衬砌结构设计提供参考。
Prestressed double-layer lining structure (pipe sheet outer lining - prestressed concrete inner lining) of shield tunnels is more and more widely used in water tunnel projects due to its good impermeability and stability. Under the high internal water pressure environment of water conveyance tunnels, the reasonable pre-stressing range of the prestressed lining is the key to the economy and safety of the project. Based on this, relying on the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project, the ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element model of prestressed double-layer lining in water conveyance shield tunnel was established to analyze the variation rule of the structural mechanical properties of the double-layer lining under different prestress conditions, and to obtain a reasonable prestress range of the prestressing inner lining under the action of high internal water pressure. The results show that: The prestressed inner lining is affected by prestress, the deformation is larger than the outer lining of the pipe sheet, which makes the inner and outer lining contact surface in the upper semicircle 180° range and the position of the arch bottom lane in the open state; during the operation period, the double-layer lining contact surface is completely closed under the action of the internal water pressure. Under 68% design prestress, plastic deformation occurs at the location of prestressing liner anchorage groove, and the reasonable value range of prestressing liner tensioning prestress for shield water tunnel is 68%~138% design prestress, and the results can provide a reference for the design of prestressing double-layer lining structure of shield tunnels.
